APEX 2013 Report: Good event, good buzz and good showing

As a company, we had the opportunity to participate in the Airline Passenger Experience Expo (APEX) in Anaheim, California, and we’re happy to announce that it was a great success. Thousands of aviation professionals from around the globe representing more than 120 airlines attended the expo.

It’s no simple task to generate buzz and drive visits and traffic to a booth as everyone is vying for the airlines attention. However, we are pleased to report that digEcor was well represented by our sales, marketing, technical, content and customer service teams in a professional booth that was well received by the industry and our airline clients.

We showcased three major areas of our growing business including the first ever demonstration in the Americas of our new GLIDE embedded system, our portable IFE offerings including the L7, L10, and our next generation tablet, as well as our myriad media capabilities as a content service provider (CSP). We were all introduced to a new cabin crew mobile application that we also exhibited in our booth labeled ‘Engage by digEcor‘.

The digEcor booth was attractive, had good flow for visitors and was in a great area of the exhibit hall near concessions and foot traffic. Our product portfolio was well displayed and our branding was prominent and visible from near and far. Immediate feedback suggested that this was the best overall booth digEcor has had.
