Twenty years ago, I flew my first international flight from New York to Oslo. While I don’t remember what movies I watched on that flight, I remember craning my neck to see the screen in the middle of the aisle, incredibly grateful there was something to do.
With the APEX event just around the corner, we are happy to announce that we have for the third year conducted a survey of passengers from around the world. We will be releasing the full report, for free as always, in the coming weeks. But until then, we thought that we would offer a few insights to wet your palette.
We recently released our 2011 Passenger Survey Results and I want to spend a little time giving a deeper explanation of some of the findings. In this video, I look at one of the more challenging slides that shows how willing passengers are to use a credit card broken down by country.
Last year, we released a passenger study addressing hot trends at the time. However, so much has changed since then. So today, we are happy to announce an updated 2011 Passenger Survey based on all new research.
I subscribe to streaming video rental websites, and on flights with Internet access, I can watch my favorite movie. Well, here’s some news I wish they’d put in a traveler magazine instead: I don’t want the internet on my plane!
A few days ago, we posted comments from a passenger about what she hated about IFE. In this post, we have the comments from a different passenger after we asked her, “What do you love about in-flight entertainment systems?”
